I booked my hotel at Agoda. This hotel was recommended to me by a friend and I have no regrets of choosing this.

The room was spacious and clean. Location is nearest to S. Angelo stop dock and is much accessible if you are coming from Marco Polo Ineternational Airport as it is just 10 minute walk from S. Angelo dock. (1 hour from Airport to S. Angelo dock by taking the Alilaguna boat). However, since I was arriving at Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station, it will be a different route and to my lapse of not checking the hotel website for the fastest direction, I alighted at Rialto dock which is still a long walk. So, my advise if you are planning to take this hotel, please check their website http://www.ciliota.it/location for details of directions and not repeat my mistake. :)
