Voila! My simple and easy to cook homemade Italian Pasta

italian pasta, colavita, century tuna, healthy recipes, alfalfa sprouts, living healthy, green bell pepper, homemade pasta, spaghetti,

My product reviews for first time using:
1. Colavita Spaghetti -I think I have found the best Italian Pasta, noodles are aldente, easy to cook and the best part, it goes so well with olive oil, absorbing all the spices and other ingredients. https://store.colavita.com/pasta-risotto.html

2. Alfalfa sprouts - the first time I used this herb and so far been loving it, it can be added into so many dishes, salads, soups and so forth, what more, it  has a lot of medicinal benefits!

Alfalfa is used for kidney conditions, bladder and prostate conditions, and to increase urine flow. It is also used for high cholesterol, asthma, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, upset stomach, and a bleeding disorder called thrombocytopenic purpura. People also take alfalfa as a source of vitamins A, C, E, and K4; and minerals calcium, potassium, phosphorous, and iron https://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-19-alfalfa.aspx?activeingredientid=19

3. Century Tuna Flakes in Hot and Spicy - for health conscious eaters, I think this is one of the best choice to add to your no guilt pasta indulgence. If you dare to add spiciness in your pasta, this is a best compliment. And please use that oil inside the can, it sums up all the flavor in your pasta.

My first Terrarium

terrarium (plural: terraria or terrariums) is usually a sealable glass container containing soil and plants, and can be opened for maintenance to access the plants inside. However, terraria can also be open to the atmosphere rather than being sealed. Terraria are often kept as decorative or ornamental items. Closed terraria create a unique environment for plant growth, as the transparent walls allow for both heat and light to enter the terrarium.

The sealed container combined with the heat entering the terrarium allows for the creation of a small scale water cycle. This happens because moisture from both the soil and plants evaporates in the elevated temperatures inside the terrarium. This water vapour then condenses on the walls of the container, and eventually falls back to the plants and soil below. This contributes to creating an ideal environment for growing plants due to the constant supply of water, thereby preventing the plants from becoming over dry. In addition to this, the light that passes through the transparent material of the terrarium allows for the plants within to photosynthesize, an important aspect of plant growth.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrarium

Step 1

i chose this blue pebbles as my base color

Step 2

press softly the pebbles using this plunger to make sure you have an even base (tip: raise the jar to your eye level to see if it is straight)

Step 3

add another layer of pebbles with your choice of color, height can be of same as the base or can be slightly thinner

Step 4

add 8 spoonful of NON-FERTILIZED soil

Step 5

flatten the soil but do not press too much that it is so dense because it will be quite difficult when planting

Step 6

measure your soil level by using the cirucmference of the plunger; now roughly you will see that your jar is only occupied 1/3 and 2/3 space for the plants growing area

Step 7

using the spoon, dig in as deeply as you can until you see the second base ( green pebbles);
two spoons are facing back with each other;
may also use the base of a chopstick to help create a hole for the plant later and securing the plant to stand still

Step 8

slowly putting in place your plant at the hole you created

remove one spoon one at a time, scooping the soil towards the plant

Step 9

once the plant is secure in the middle, take the plunger and flatten the soil

Step 10

Decorating!

sprinkle some pebbles on top of the soil,  just be careful not to hit the plant as it is still fragile

my finished product :)
